Microsoft wins XP downgrade suit

Looks like it’s deja vu all over again for Microsoft and its latest operating system, Windows 7. A number of users upgrading to the new OS are reporting that debilitating “endless reboot” loop that frustrated Vista and XP users more than a year ago.
