The bias issue. We live in the United States of Attorney. I'd much rather see someone bring the video with them to an interview if it displays them doing the kind of work we're hiring for. For example, if we're hiring welders it would be beneficial to see a video of the applicant welding and see what the quality of the finished product is like. Or a teacher teaching. Obviously, this lends itself better to some jobs than others, but it would be interesting to see interviewees using the tech for that. We reject them from applicants. The bias issue.
